How we might create something new and _better_ out of the ruins? Could we reconstitute a US FDA where a debacle like [Anomal Pharm: Randomized good, statistical bad](https://discourse.datamethods.org/t/anomal-pharm-randomized-good-statistical-bad/5086) would get nipped in the bud?
