the ema defintely don’t do this, it was only recently that they started receiving pt level data, and they didn’t know what to do with it when they did. industry stopped producing pt data listings altogether too. and this is still a long cry from the claim that “Modern science requires researchers to publish raw data online for open verification”, this is just not true for clinical studies, the regulator is a special case. eudract is amalgamated data as far as i’m aware, thus still not pt level data, for obvious reasons re confidentiality obligations. None of this allows one to reproduce the primary analysis of a clinical trial
