Excuse me, I’m doing an analysis using survival ROC in R, but, I’m stuck. I don’t know how to determine which is the best cut-off point of the curve?
Can some body help me?

Cutoffs are not valid in that context and ROC curves are not relevant to individual decisions. See several articles on https://fharrell.com
