Hi all
We are running a survey and would like to ask participants to compare their progress to getting employment to three months ago (this is based on their perception). We have tested a version of the item and it performed poorly (not surprising). Does anyone have a good example/reference on how to ask participants to judge their progress towards a goal compared to a previous time, say 3 months? I have looked at recall items but they seem to be missing the mark.
Any advise will be greatly appreciated!
