Randomised Control Trial

Hi, I am working on a Randomised Control Trial with two Time points for control and treatment group. I have two treatments for each treatment group cases and I would like to adjust my model for some sociodemographic factors as well.

I am wondering which method would be better, can I use ANCOVA or GEE or mixed models?
