We have demonstrated that for 3 decades RCT which conditioned on guessed cohort colliders have remained the standard in critical care. I propose the following DAG as the reason this pathological science pasts CONSORT 2025 muster. Let’s discuss.

It’s one thing to talk about the statistics of RCTs it’s another to talk about benefit to patients. Now aware of the cohort collider pathological science. the clinicians are no longer willing to consume the false EBM. It’s not Kansas anymore. Time for reform.
