hi all
i am currently undertaking my first systematic review comparing outcomes between normal surgery and surgery using a robotic device. after going through the results of my search strategy, i have only identified 5 studies however all are case reports on the use of the robotic device. would it still be possible to do a systematic review on the topic? and would you still call it a systematic review when there is no control/comparator group?
