While I am aware of the FDA guidelines for the use of Bayesian models in drug development RCTs are still under development (https://www.fda.gov/drugs/cder-small-business-industry-assistance-sbia/using-bayesian-statistical-approaches-advance-our-ability-evaluate-drug-products), I would like to know if there is an updated reference by FDA/EMA reporting thresholds (e.g. predicted probabilities) for bayesian designs. Is there any other guideline ? I’ve found only the FDA one about medical devices.
