Statistical Peer Review

Is it possible to access the statistical review for submitted papers on a site such as Publons or anywhere else?

F1000Research has been a leader in developing and promoting a model of open, transparent, post-publication peer review. Some other publishers have followed suit. But presumably, where the traditional model has been followed, the statistical review will be confidential. Depending on whether and how the government is involved, perhaps some records would be subject to FOIA. I successfully FOIA’ed an NCI study protocol, which was provided with many names (appropriately) redacted. If a government agency was ever in receipt of the statistical review (say, because paper’s authors were employed by the govt), then perhaps it could be FOIA’ed in the same way, with the reviewer’s name redacted?
